Shipping: UK £12 via Royal Mail. / Worldwide: Courier advisable, Air Mail also available. Any method is tracked.
Deposit of £90 is required for non stock items. This deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
UK payments can be paid by cheque. Overseas by Paypal.
Customs - Any import taxes or duty are buyers sole responsibility to pay, should any be needed.
Handmade service. Bespoke made items, a return is not available. Please be certain of item choice and suitability. Returned items in exceptional circumstances and at the makers discretion, will incur a 30% restocking fee and must not have been used at all.
Secure and careful transit packing. Any package or contents damage must be reported to courier driver.
In the event of transit loss or damage, liability is restricted to a remaking of the order.
