Air mail is possible, but no longer cost effective to insure and slower.
£75 non refundable deposit is required to place your order on the work schedule list.
Payment of the final balance is due when work begins, which can be months in advance of completion date. Shipping is charged separately when cost is known.

Customs - Any end destination import taxes or duty are your sole responsibility to pay.
Please check with your customs office if unsure.
Handmade service. Returns accepted only in exceptional circumstances of unsuitability and only if goods are totally unused and in original supplied condition and packaging.
Restocking fee - 25% of goods order.
Returns are made at customers expense and risk, original shipping fee is non refundable.
Secure and careful transit packing. It is your responsibility to check and accept the delivery. Any signs of package or contents damage must be noted to the driver upon receiving. Retain all packaging, as no transit damage claim can be made without it.
Shipping is recorded and tracked.
In the event of loss or damage, liability is restricted to a remake of the order. Time will be needed to resupply.
